This Lab has been designed to explain the concepts of thermodynamics and their applications. The lab has been designed as per IKGTU syllabus to perform testing of a diesel engine, explain the working of boiler, explain various parts and their working in an engine and valve timing diagram.
Automobile Engineering Lab
This Lab has been designed to explain the types, working and various parts of an automobile. The lab has been designed as per IKGTU syllabusto teach the working and maintenance of various automobile components such as cooling system, steering system, wheel balancing, ignition system and piston/cylinder.
Theory of Machines Lab
This Lab has been designed to explain concepts of mechanics in machine like studying types and inversions of mechanisms used in constructing machine. The lab has been designed as per IKGTU syllabus to provide an insight regarding the working of various machines such as governor, flywheel, cam & follower, journal bearing, gyroscope & Balancing machines.
Industrial Automation & Robotics Lab
This Lab has been designed to explain concepts of automation, production lines & robotics. The lab has been designed as per IKGTU syllabus to provide an insight regarding the working of pneumatic circuits, double acting cylinder, power steering and robotic arm.
Material Engineering Lab
This Lab has been designed to explain the atomic structure, crystal structure & properties of the engineering materials. The lab has been designed as per IKGTU syllabus to provide an understanding about heat treatment processes and their effects on the crystal structure and properties of the material.
Fluid Machines/Fluid Machinery Lab
This Lab has been designed to provide an insight regarding the working of Fluid machines such as Pelton Wheel, Francis Turbine, Centrifugal pump, reciprocating pump and hydraulic ram. The lab has been designed as per IKGTU syllabus.
Refrigeration and Air conditioning Lab
This Lab has been designed to explain the concept of refrigeration and air conditioning. The lab has been designed as per IKGTU syllabus to explain the working and testing of Electrolux refrigerator, Domestic refrigerator, Water cooler, Ice plant, air conditioner and to explain the various parts such as compressor.
